  • Uploading them directly to the site, or
  • Linking to music hosted on social media platforms.

By using Vamp Studio, you agree to the following:

  • You have permission to upload or access any material you provide to the platform.
  • You will not upload or access content that infringes on copyright laws unless it complies with United States Fair Use rules.
  • You will not use the site to share content with others.
  • You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of copyrighted material.
  • Any user found violating these rules may have their account terminated without notice.

4. Account Terms

Users must create an account to access Vamp Studio’s services.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription

Free Accounts:

  • Unlimited uploads of recordings.
  • Access to up to 3 recordings from social media platforms.

Pro Membership:

  • Cost: $5 per month or $36 per year.
  • Benefits: Unlimited access to recordings from social media platforms and additional features in the future.
  • Free Trial: Users are eligible for a 30-day free trial of Pro membership.
  • Cancellation: Users can cancel their membership at any time. No refunds are provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their uploaded or linked recordings.

By using the site, you grant Vamp Studio a license to use your recordings solely for the purpose of providing the transcription services.

All content and services provided by Vamp Studio, including the website design and functionality, remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Vamp Studio provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service.
  • Users’ uploading or accessing copyrighted material.
  • Security breaches or data loss.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Personal data, including account information and uploaded files, is handled with care and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
